WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support and maintain manufacturing operation data systems and servers including hardware and software for the Columbus Plant Operational Technology (OT) systems. For example: OSIsoft PI, Ignition, ZPI data servers, DeltaV, iFix, FactoryTalk AssetCentre

• Coordinate with IT support team as needed to maintain secured OT infrastructure for manufacturing operation and actively participate in Cyber Security compliance initiatives: disaster recovery, asset security, patching, malware prevention, etc.

• Provide Manufacturing Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) architecture support

• Work with Division teams to deploy manufacturing operations data systems as part of cross-functional capital project delivery team

• Coordinate with internal quality and process authority organizations to ensure regulatory compliance

• Maintain solutions for Critical Process Parameters Monitoring and Process Data Reporting

• Resolve underlying problems: Identify customer/client needs and propose solutions to address them; make alterations in products or services to better meet (recognized or unrecognized) customer needs, e.g. partners with an outside vendor to provide a better deliverable

• Provide on call support of plant OT systems

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or a related discipline with a desired 5+ years of significant IT, engineering, and/or operational experience.

• 5 or more years in a related field and/or industry

Preferred

• Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems Management and Troubleshooting

• Experience with manufacturing OT / IT systems, network architecture, and cybersecurity

• Experience with OSISoft products

• Experience with Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Industrial Automation platform and software

• Experience with Emerson DeltaV or other Distributed Control Systems

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and basic database management processes and procedures

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
