• Pay: $22.00-$26.00/hour

• Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

• Hybrid position - office located in Westerville, OH

• MUST BE LOCATED IN THE COLUMBUS, OH AREA

Job Details:

Provide specialized support for Mortgage Loan Servicing Business Units (escrow, mortgage insurance, new loan set up, investor reporting) to assist with report creation, process change, and developmental support utilizing technical knowledge, along with collaborating with internal and external business partners to align both technical and process solutions with Loan Services business strategies.

• Maintains, monitors, updates assigned business processes and systems

• Research problems and take appropriate action to correct

• Tests and implements business processes and system modifications

• May develop and provides user training for new and existing application, products and procedures

• Develops and updates documentation to support policies and procedures

• Develops, generates, maintains and monitors reports, files, and other data

• Responds to questions and may provide specialized support to internal and external customers as needed

• May act as a liaison between vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas

• Other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years in consumer loan servicing or mortgage job functions (ideally escrow, investor reporting, insurance, or set up)

• Experience in mortgage project analyst or process improvement is a huge plus

• Above average Excel skills and ability to run and conduct reporting

• Great problem solving skills and has taken on stretch assignments for process improvements or reporting

• Ability to work hybrid (3 days in office)

• High school diploma or equivalent
