ALZHEIMERS DISEASE & RELATED DISORDERS ASSOCI Mission Support Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio

Description Position Summary: The Mission Support Coordinator is responsible for providing essential mission support activities to assist Ohio chapter staff to remain focused on key mission areas. The position will work collaboratively with staff and constituents. The position will be assigned to Central Ohio and Northwest Ohio chapters and will work with other Ohio Mission Support staff to identify efficiencies and streamline processes to provide highly effective support service to the Ohio chapters. Responsibilities Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operational Support Lead mail and cash processing activities and ensure chapter mail is handled according to Association standards Answer phones, triage calls, voicemails and provide high level customer service Lead event sponsorship invoicing activities and manage sponsorship forms and tracking in systems Assist with office operations at all chapter locations including lease process details, office openings and closings; equipment ordering, inventory and office contract services such as cleaning and maintenance. Manage office equipment & supply ordering, and inventory Assist with new hire processes of computer assignment, phone, business cards Development Support Provide customer service to event constituents Assist with coding donor gifts and researching donor history in Team Approach, Results Plus, and/or Luminate data systems Provide fundraising support to development and finance teams related to data reports sponsorship management, invoicing, matching gift processing, and general customer support. Coordinate event mailings and e-communications to constituent event participants Attend chapter events to assist as needed Provide support for other projects as needed. Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 3-5 years' professional experience in office administration Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must possess exceptional customer service skills; ability to communicate over the phone and in-person with staff and external constituents. Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products, Google Suite and ability to learn Association specific programs such as Personify and Luminate. High degree of diligence Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and transport up to 20lbs of materials or equipment. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for the job. Ability and willingness to travel to Toledo Chapter office monthly and to chapter events as needed You must possess a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, safe driving record and proof of insurance.
