Job Description: OTC Industrial Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Product Marketing Coordinator to join our Pump & Motor Technology (PMT) Product Marketing Team within OTC's Corporate Marketing. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Product Marketing, this role will support marketing efforts and a broad range of marketing activites such as: Provide coordination support for major marketing initiatives of Pump & Motor Technology's leading industry products Work with Director of Strategic Product marketing and PMT Subject Mater Experts on sales and service teams to develop marketing collateral to support sales goals and target initiatives Contribute to strategic development and coordinate the rollout of quarterly segment product marketing strategies Create and/or edit marketing and sales support materials including sales presentations and product/services brochures Coordinate internal PMT sales communications, promotions, and reporting Coordinate and lead tradeshows and events, creating and providing marketing and promotional collateral Assist with content development and execution, including social media Coordinate internal segment communications and intranet Maintain digital and physical promotional material and marketing literature and facilitate distribution to sales teams Maintain internal PMT marketing documents and image repository Track campaign analytics, process invoices and expense reporting Work collaboratively with OTC Digital, Graphics and Brand specialists, and other Product Marketing Team members from other business segments within OTC Support brand strategy needs Competencies Familiarity with key marketing tactics including content, digital, and social media Self-starter with the ability to take direction and work autonomously Detailed and project/goal oriented Excellent written and interpersonal skills Comfortable sharing thoughts, ideas, and questions as a part of a team A desire to learn B2B Marketing approaches and the manufacturing and industrial markets Experience in HubSpot, Monday.com, and basic knowledge of lead generation is preferred but not required Experience with a CRM is preferred but not required About OTC Industrial Technologies: OTC is one of the largest industrial distributors and service providers in the United States.
