ManpowerGroup Manager HR Applications in Columbus, Ohio

As a Manager HR Applications, you will be part of the Digital Human Resources area supporting HR Applications. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, execute for results, and possess an analytical and curious mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Applications Manager

Location: REMOTE in Columbus OH

Work Schedule: M-F

Contract Details: 4mo contract (11/2024 – 03/2025)

Pay Rate: $85hr

Candidates: US Citizens or Green Cards | Role is not open to visas or sponsorships

What's the Job?

  • Oversee the daily workflow of the functional areas

  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations

  • Support and maintain the Oracle HCM Benefits and Absence Module

  • Provide technical support and guidance in HR Applications

  • Monitor, analyze and plan system upgrades

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Human Resources Management preferred

  • Has led medium to large scale implementations in the application space

  • Experience with HCM/Oracle HR Access

  • Project Management leadership

  • Knowledge of integration/middleware tools and architecture
