The F135 Lightning Sustainment Center (LSC) seeks an F135 Strategic Support Integrator at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), a vibrant and dynamic facility in Dayton, Ohio.
As the Pratt & Whitney (P&W) liaison for F135 Supply Chain Management (SCM), your role in this pivotal position will be significant. You will closely coordinate with the WPAFB Hybrid team and integrate with the F135 Sustainment Team centered in East Hartford, CT, expanding your network and influence.
Your primary role in this position will be continually refining the global F135 Life Cycle support solutions within the Global Support Solution (GSS) in direct liaison and collaboration with the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) and industry personnel. This collaboration will enhance your skills and make you part of a larger network. Your performance will significantly contribute to delivering enhanced global F135 sustainment capabilities across a broad Continental US (CONUS) and Outside CONUS (OCONUS) operating spectrum at both main operating bases, deployed land-based and/or maritime environments. You will refine and sustain two-way supply lines of communication between all Program participants. You will be responsible for satisfying timely and accurate F135 support posture and operational readiness reporting requirements, focusing on improving the overall F-35 Fleet Aircraft Availability and Mission Capability rates of the growing F-35 Fleet and customers through tactical day-to-day engagement.
Moreover, this role presents a unique opportunity to engage as an interface between internal and external customers and the F-35 Aircraft Sustainment organizations, including Customer Service Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sustainment Performance Management, Field Operations, Fleet Management, Support Equipment, Training, and others as needed. This involvement will support measurements and improved delivery of a range of best-value sustainment products and services. What You Will Do:
Escalate priority of needs through the LSC & Global Fleet Support personnel for retrograde of unserviceable assets that are critical in meeting fleet supportability requirements
Provide oversite assistance to the F135 Program Total Asset Visibility program through guidance and escalation support for global distribution & transportation, Global Trade, total asset visibility, and logistics solutions
Coordinate with transportation organizations to highlight, track, and report on delivery performance issues.
Coordinates on management plans for Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTD) compliance and on-condition maintenance.
Coordinate with program and customer Asset Management teams for module allocation and assurance of Business Rule compliance.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, and Logistics Management or, in lieu, an associate’s degree with 12 years of specific relevant experience
At least 8 years of demonstrated experience working within a distribution enterprise (warehousing, transportation, supply chain, and/or logistics)
At least 4 years of experience leading cross-function teams and projects
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Qualifications We Prefer:
Advanced degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, and Logistics Management
Familiarization with US TRANSCOM and DLA transportation organizations and regulations relevant to transportation within the Department of Defense transportation network
Import/Export experience with EAR and ITAR-regulated material
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and EXCEL (formulas, vlookup, etc.) is highly desired.
A working knowledge of current Department of Defense engine material and logistics support concepts is beneficial.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
