We are looking to add a Lead Cleaner to our Team! The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, excellent attendance record and reliable transportation.
We believe success in this position requires individuals who can work independently, manage their time wisely, and have excellent attention to detail.
What You Will Do
Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure all details have been completed in compliance with the specific scope or work.
Help complete deliverables in client’s agreement/statement of work to the highest possible standards.
Ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead teams.
Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
Restroom/lunchroom cleaning
Emptying trash
Dusting
Window cleaning
Carpet spotting- minimal
Communicate well with management and team members.
Other duties as needed.
Status: Part-time
Work Location: Columbus, OH 43213
Hours: Monday – Friday; 4 hours each day

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level, use foot or leg controls, gross manipulation, drive, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb ramps or stairs, climb ladders, utilize near and far visual activity, speak, hear, and lift or carry up to 35 lbs.
