Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Columbus, Ohio, United States. This role involves managing intercompany shipments, resolving shipping discrepancies, and maintaining inventory control. The position requires close collaboration with shipping and receiving locations and demands a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all intercompany shipments.

• Liaise with shipping and receiving locations to resolve any discrepancies.

• Support the development and maintenance of inventory control programs.

• Monitor and enhance inventory accuracy measurements, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Coordinate both inbound and outbound freight for all intercompany transfers.

• Generate and manage part numbers.

• Keep records of vendor pricing up-to-date.

• Engage in physical inventory and cycle counts.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Travel occasionally as required by the job. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.

• Proficiency in Auditing is required.

• Experience in creating Charts and Graphs is a must.

• Knowledge of NetSuite is essential.

• Expertise in Inventory Analysis is necessary.

• Proficiency in performing Inventory Audits is required.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Must be willing to continue learning to adapt to changes in the industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is a must.
