Job Summary

Provides technical and functional administrator expertise with HR systems, including: design, development, testing implementation, maintenance, reporting and training. Ensures alignment with the operational processes, optimizes the management of HR data, supports implementation of new or enhanced modules, functionality and process improvements. Troubleshoots and resolves HR system and user issues. Develops reporting and analytics, dashboards, and auditing tools to support key internal stakeholders and manage the integrity of the HR systems and data.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical expertise and problem resolution to end users of HR systems and HR Analytics solutions. Supports core HR processes and data reporting needs. Communicates effectively with HR, IT and management staff to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Performs design, development, test and implementation tasks for HR system improvements and development of HR Analytics tools.

  • Analyzes functionalities within the HR systems and analytical tools to support continuous improvement of solutions to meet business needs across Human Resources, including performance management, talent management, compensation, benefits, etc.

  • Collaborates with HR Systems & Analytics Lead to support annual cycle process, e.g. Performance Reviews, Calibration and Compensation Review.

  • Contributes as an SME and team member in new HRIS and HR Analytics development projects.

  • Continually builds subject matter expertise in multiple HR system modules/functionalities as well as relevant data reporting and analytics tools.

  • Identifies, develops and delivers HR system and HR Analytics training to meet the needs of end users.

  • Understands how data integrations work between HR and other business systems, to ensure accurate data alignment and to identify and help correct related issues.

  • Performs other HR system administration and support tasks, including: testing related to biannual system releases, data migrations, ad hoc reporting, system maintenance, and data quality assurance efforts.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, business administration; 5 years of experience as a technical and functional administrator with HR systems; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.

  • 3 years’ experience working with cloud-based HR Systems.

  • Excellent data management (ETL etc.) and analytical skills.

  • Experience in defining system solutions, automation of work processes and implementation of cloud-based systems.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, planning and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines, maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.

  • Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel and Access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience working with SAP/SuccessFactors.

  • Relevant experience developing data dashboards using MS Power BI or similar tools.
