Requires thoroughknowledge of company operations,policies, and procedures. Handlesdetails of a highly confidential andcritical nature. Strong multi-tasking,analytical thinking, business acumen, executive presence, and organizationalskills in a fast-paced work environment.Strong working knowledge ofcomputers and technology with theability to learn quickly. Flexible with theability to reprioritize tasks quickly whenneeded. Key Responsibilities: Providing specialized administrative support to relieve and assist the President of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Active member of the leadership team serving as project manager. Manage office operations providing oversight and guidance for special projects and strategic initiatives that often involved cross-functional resources. Coordinating activities between departments and outside parties. Exclusively plan and execute all aspects of the leadership teams on- and off-site events. (i.e., logistics, room setup, required materials, refreshment needs) Assist the President in communicating regularly inside and outside the organization by using the appropriate media and timing. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive-level meetings. Proactively and skillfully maintain and manage the President's calendar to optimize time and efficiency in alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. Heavy travel management (including international). Coordinate all travel arrangements in a timely and cost-effective manner following policy guidelines (hotels/restaurants/airfare/etc.) Expense report management/finance coordination Recording/reporting meeting minutes and attendance as needed Monitoring performance, and tracking progress on action items Participate in leader onboarding for instruction on systems and processes Serve as lead administrator for the organization and lead regularly scheduled meetings with all admins across the organization. Minimum Requirements 8+ years of advanced administrative support experience working with senior-level executives Critical Skills Action-oriented: Strong multi-tasking, analytical thinking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment Fortune 500 experience highly preferred Healthcare industry experience a plus Proficient in the use of Concur Expense Strong collaboration skills within and outside the team Professional and interpersonal skills Demonstrated project management experience/Event Planning Excellent communication/collaboration skills Strong working knowledge of computers and technology with the ability to learn quickly Experience with travel management. Understanding airline, hotel and rental car policies, Visa's etc. Adaptable to change working in a fast-paced corporate environment 25% Travel Required Additional Skills & Knowledge Flexible with the ability to reprioritize tasks quickly when needed Positive attitude and ability to work with varying situations and personalities, sometimes under high pressure High level of comfort with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams Abili
