Concentrix is seeking to add a Sales Director to our FCC practice. From banking and financial services to gambling and ecommerce marketplaces, navigating the landscape of regulatory reforms and fraud is complex. AI and Machine Learning have become essential tools for effective fraud detection and prevention, enhancing screening efficiency and customer experience. Concentrix offers customized financial crime compliance solutions, integrating advanced technologies with insights from over 12,000 regulatory experts and analysts. We streamline workflows, conduct reviews of suspicious transactions, and assist in disputes and chargeback management to mitigate fraud detection and prevention, revenue loss and improve customer experience.
This position will be remote/WAH and can be performed anywhere in the United States of America. The role can be WAH Ohio.
Responsibilities will include building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for Concentrix within the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history and background that enables them to lead a sales effort that will include teaming with Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers and Partners and engagements at the CXO level with large enterprises. The successful candidate will also possess a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the CXO/VP level, as well as a technical understanding that enables them to easily interact with developers and technical architects. The candidate must possess proven strategic and analytical thinking skills to address business, product, and technical challenges, while effectively constructing persuasive value propositions and working collaboratively across departments to achieve consensus.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a high-level individual contributor role. This position has no direct reports.
Drive revenue and market share for Concentrix.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Develop and effectively implement and achieve sales objectives.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Work with sales executives in other Concentrix business units to extend, reach, and drive adoption of FCC (Financial Crime & Compliance) solutions.
Manage contract negotiations along with internal stakeholders.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Expect moderate travel.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of technology related sales or business development experience with direct field experience selling complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies. In addition, a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or MIS is a plus.
Prior experience in the Contact Center industry with in-depth knowledge of financial crime and compliance markets.
Consultative selling experience.
Proven successful experience in closing complex software solutions.
Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000- $210,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
