Role Summary: The Director, HR Operations will lead an organization that provides superior HR services to all global employees. This spans across the entire employee lifecycle, including designing/improving processes, developing, and executing operating procedures, quantifying, and improving data integrity, and leveraging technologies to drive efficiencies, while ensuring compliance with country and local laws. This role requires the ability to both think strategically and be hands-on to get the work done.
Requirements:
Design, build and manage team that will intake and resolve HR inquiries through a positive service experience. High-quality completion of administrative HR responsibilities. Inquiry topics may include: onboarding, payroll, benefits, leaves, time off, policies, legislation, performance management, and audits.
Design and implement strategies and processes that enhance HR service delivery, create efficiencies, and improve the employee experience while maintaining focus on data accuracy and integrity. Design, implement, manage and maintain HR data, policies, processes, and standard operating procedures, including data privacy and protection.
Provide leadership and support of global work plans to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Conduct process workshops to identify process improvements, partnering with HRIS and other functions to implement efficiency improvements to simplify, scale and streamline existing processes. Be involved with system testing.
Maintain pulse on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, HR Service Delivery, enablement, proactively finding opportunities to enhance our capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
Develop the Service Management structure; define service level agreements (SLAs) and implement Service Management. Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness.
Lead team responsible for:
Addressing routine inquiries from employees, managers, and executives (Workday Tier 1 support).
Updates/changes/mass data loads (Workday EIBs).
Workday reporting (recurring & ad hoc).
Performing routine data integrity audits and identify variances to be addressed.
HR Content Management, including the development of knowledge documentation (such as job aids or training to provide a consistent experience).
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, IT or related field and 5 years of HR experience or combined equivalent.
Proven experience to lead cross-functional teams to achieve results.
In depth knowledge of Workday/HCM technologies.
Ability to clearly articulate messages with all levels in the organization, including breaking down complex topics for target audiences.
Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities.
Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation.
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
Demonstrate high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the base salary range for this role is $150,000- $200,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
