Responsibilities Develops and recommends strategies, objectives, and policies for CCP. Manages board development and the duties of a board of directors. Oversees and develops infrastructure to support the effective management of the organization and maintain the appropriate allocation of resources. Establishes and implements the annual budget, ensuring financial soundness. Oversees the operations of CCP programs and committees. Implements new programs and services to enhance the quality and delivery of general pediatric medicine and maintain compliance with relevant bylaws and regulations. Initiates, plans, and promotes an integrated marketing strategy to ensure the growth and stability of CCP. Manages communication with physicians and CCP members, associated groups, and other organizations, providing assistance and consultation as needed. Resolves complex managerial problems. Assists subordinate personnel in developing effective policies and procedures and establishing appropriate goals and objectives. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES Education Requirement: Master's degree in nursing, hospital administration, business administration, or related field, or equivalent education and experience, required. Skills: Working knowledge of principals of management, health care delivery and economics, accounting, personnel, public relations, and medical group structure. Ability to think strategically in order to develop short term and long-term organizational objectives. Analytical ability needed for devising effective policies and procedures, developing success metrics, and planning organizational changes in response to market conditions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills needed for managing complex relationships and for mentoring subordinates. Experience: Seven years of
