InGenesis is currently seeking a Data Entry Operator to work with our client. In this role, you will act as lead worker providing training and work direction on daily basis, to lower-level data entry operators, report unit status and inform and update workers and agencies served. Job Duties * Operates keyboard on data entry equipment (e.g., key to disk, tape or card, video display terminal). * Operates electric typewriter. * Performs data entry and/or data verification equipment for accuracy of data, making corrections or adjustments as needed. * Monitors and performs related clerical tasks (e.g., logs, copies, edits, sorts and codes information. * Assists with machine maintenance and incoming distribution and outgoing mail. * Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Knowledge of employee training and development. * Knowledge office management, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. * 1 year training or 1 year experience in the use of data entry & verification equipment. * Knowledge of peripheral machines (e.g., computer, scanner, printer).
