JPMorgan Chase Cash Management Solutions Manager in Columbus, Ohio

Cash Management Business Banking serves the cash flow needs of businesses with annual revenue between $500,000 and $20 million. As the Cash Management (CM) Solutions Manager in Business Banking you are responsible for managing teams that impact the client experience in multiple ways: client engagement, identifies and delivers appropriate Cash Management products and solutions to customers and prospects, and implements cash management solutions. The CM Solutions Manager plays a key role in the field organization, displaying strong partnership with Market and Area Managers. The CM Solutions Manager strives to deliver an exceptional client experience while mitigating risk and appropriately guiding the team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages a Cash Management Solutions Specialist (CMSS) manager, who is responsible for the CMSS team. The CMSS is a specialist who serves as trusted advisor, leveraging expert knowledge to recommend and promote Cash Management solutions to clients and prospects while working within the risk parameters that protect the bank.

  • Manages a team of 5-7 Cash Management Specialists whose role is to assist the needs of Cash Management execution team to prepare for client engagements and manage implementation deals.

  • Manage the client facing product specialists (PSS) whose role is to ensure complex treasury support is in being developed and implemented for the cash management team.

  • Manages assigned CMSs to provide coaching and development on all aspects needed to achieve successful performance including; partner management, quality of work, timeliness, and documentation.

  • Provides leadership and direction for the assigned CMSS team manager. Provides appropriate coaching, recognition and feedback. Builds a strong people pipeline and supports career growth and development.

  • Engages with inclusion and integrity with both internal and external constituents.

  • Builds collaborative internal relationships to develop and foster partnerships with assigned relationship managers, AMs, MMs, Divisional Directors and cross functional partners (if appropriate BSR or SBS teams). Actively participates in partner meetings and communicates key Cash Management messages timely and accurately.

  • Interprets production and performance reports to adjust staffing capacity and alignments accordingly.

  • Directs/ engages in a disciplined relationship development process and drives quality call and performance activities. Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.

  • Think strategically and present suggestions to evolve the business.

  • Takes ownership of escalated Cash Management client issues and leverages the appropriate resources to champion results. Escalates issues and risks appropriately, and drives them to resolution.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in Cash Management/Treasury Services or commercial/business banking or related business experience

  • Minimum of five years of Cash Management expert product/solution knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience required

  • Certified Treasury Professional certified or has ability to obtain certification

  • Previous leadership/management experience preferred
