Robert Half Business Analyst (IT): II (Intermediate) in Columbus, Ohio

Description We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role is crucial for ensuring that our business processes, systems, and technologies adapt to organizational changes effectively. You will work to improve employee adoption of these changes, and minimize resistance to them, to ensure that our projects and initiatives meet their objectives on time.

Responsibilities:

• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

• Assess the impact of changes on the organization and its employees

• Complete change management assessments to identify areas of potential resistance and develop strategies to mitigate them

• Create and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage of new systems and processes

• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics to address potential issues during change implementation

• Support communication and training efforts to educate employees about changes

• Coordinate efforts with other specialists to integrate change management activities into overall project plans

• Evaluate and ensure user readiness for changes, managing stakeholders to ensure their alignment with the changes

• Track and report issues related to the implementation of changes, defining and measuring success metrics to monitor change progress

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that the people side of change is considered in project planning and execution.

Skills:

• Proficiency in change management principles, methodologies, and tools

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate messages clearly to a variety of audiences

• Strong planning and project management skills, with a natural inclination for planning strategies and tactics

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influencing others to move toward a common vision or goal

• Resilience and tenacity, with a propensity to persevere in ambiguous situations

• A comprehensive understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, with experience in the Prosci ADKAR® Model being a plus

• Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization, demonstrating excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Requirements • Must have previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven experience in training and coaching others

• Proficient in planning and organizing tasks and projects

• Familiarity with planning processes and methodologies

• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail

• Prior experience in project management

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

• Experience in providing workstation support

• Understanding of benefit functions and processes

• Demonstrated ability to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed

• Experience in metric reporting and analysis

• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Experience in system integration projects

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies

• Proficient in relevant software and tools

• Understanding of key business principles and practices

• Experience in business process functions

• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously (Project Planning)
