Competitive flat rate compensation, depending on experience. The more you turn, the more you earn!
Weekly guarantee for flat rate hours
The opportunity to earn a productivity bonus on each biweekly paycheck ranging $250 - $550!
Our full-time technicians work a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required. You’ll get Sundays off each week, and another day during the week off dependent on business need.

What our Automotive Repair Technician's do:
Depending on skillset/experience level, perform diagnostics and repair work in the following areas: engine repair, transmission/transmission repair, suspension and steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control work), electrical, heating/air conditioning, other jobs as assigned.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.
What you will need to succeed:
Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance through previous experience as an Automotive Technician.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or car dealer certifications preferred, or the equivalent knowledge and experience with the ability to attain the required certifications within 12 months of hire (Paid for by AAA).
Ability to train and mentor other Repair Technicians and Service Associates.
Ability to lift up to a maximum of 75lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Valid Driver’s License.
The ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
Authorized to work in the USA.
