JPMorgan Chase Asset Management - Correspondence Specialist - Analyst in Columbus, Ohio

JP Morgan Client Service works on day to day management of over 1800 Asset Management clients across the Institutional, Sub Advisory, and Alternatives client businesses. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing client relationships while maximizing opportunities and further penetrating target markets to achieve business goals. The Client Service team works heavily on process improvements and driving change through collaboration across all businesses from Sales, Investments, Technology, Legal, and Operations. A Client Service role is perfect for anyone looking to drive change and demonstrate measurable results to drive efficiency and an improved client experience.

As a Correspondence Specialist within the Client Service team you will be responsible for supporting shareholders, financial advisors, and internal clients through written communication, handling large mailings, writing letters and emails, confirming audit requests for shareholder accounts, and performing some phone work. The role also requires collaboration with Shareholder Services, Client Solutions, and other internal service teams. The job provides an opportunity to demonstrate strong written, listening/reading and oral communication skills, service skills, research skills, and multitasking abilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Write letters and emails for a varied audience including shareholders, prospective clients and financial advisors.

  • Confirm audit requests for shareholder accounts.

  • Perform some phone work and light filing in support of everyday duties.

  • Work closely with Shareholder Services, Client Solutions and other internal service teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Series 6 and 63 are encouraged but not required.
