Description We are offering a contract for an Accounts Payable Clerk position in Columbus, Ohio. The role is within the finance industry, where you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to account reconciliation and accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of invoices and checks.

• Efficient data entry and maintenance of records.

• Reconciliation of accounts payable.

• Regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts.

• Utilizing Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various financial tasks.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Thorough understanding and application of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs in a detail oriented setting

• Proficiency in Coding Invoices to maintain organized financial records

• High-speed and accurate Data Entry skills

• Familiarity and experience with Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks

• Experience using Oracle for financial data management

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for maintaining financial records

• Proficiency in using SAP for business process management
