Position Overview
At Aurora Flight Sciences, we design, build, and fly advanced aircraft and enabling technologies from concept to reality. We are searching for a talented and self-motivated Manufacturing Engineering Summer Co-op to help us create the future of flight. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Engineering Co-op works as an entry level Manufacturing Engineer being trained by a full time ME to generate DWI's, create solutions for manufacturing issues, program various manufacturing equipment, design processes, improve part quality, improve operational efficiency, and other Manufacturing support tasks.

Under supervision you will generate DWI's, create solutions for manufacturing issues, program various manufacturing equipment, design processes, improve part quality, improve operational efficiency, and other Manufacturing support tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Enrollment in bachelor’s program with a focus in Engineering or a related field.
Experience contributing to a team in a fast-paced/comparative and/or self-directed environment.
Must be a US Person.

Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear proper PPE.
Ability to transport objects up to 35 pounds as well as consistently stoop, crawl, bend, crouch, climb and kneel.
