Job Summary: The principal duty of this position is to provide support to the Warehouse team and ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position will require high level practical application of technical knowledge. Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills are needed for a team-oriented work environment. Align with all environmental, health, and safety requirement.
This is a Weekend position: Friday – Sunday 6:30am – 7pm
Employees must remain in their role for 12 months before posting to a new position.
Job Summary: A Calibration Technician ensures the calibration of all tools, gages, fixtures, etc. are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with all procedures and regulations.
What You Will Do:
Calibrate a wide assortment of gages, tools, fixtures, etc. with complex geometries.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of gages and order replacements as required.
Coordinate with vendor performing calibration of equipment to minimize equipment down time.
Maintain calibration record databases to a standard that meets or exceeds procedures and regulations.
Monitor and maintain the list of all calibration due dates and ensure all items are properly recorded to ensure no non-conformances.
Qualifications You Must Have:
High school graduate or GED
Experience in a calibration role or equivalent technical training
Basic knowledge of calibration of tools to measure Pressure, Vacuum, Electrical, Force, and Torque
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Value:
Ability to read complex blueprints and apply to common practices in a tight tolerance environment (+/- 0.00002”)
Able to apply mathematics (i.e. trigonometry, algebra, geometry, etc.) to complex situations and applications.
Experience using sine plates, angle plates, Jo blocks, height stands and Cadillac gages along with common measuring hand tools like micrometers, dial calipers, indicators, vernier calipers, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
