General Responsibilities: To provide daily care and supervision for the residents of Wayne Halfway House, Inc. programs following all criteria set forth by the State of Tennessee Department of Children's Services and Wayne Halfway House, Inc. Assist the Security Supervisor as directed with implementation of rules and policies. Duties/Responsibilities: Perform intake on new residents, Keep daily logs, Participate in the reporting and handling of crisis situations, Establish a good rapport with residents, Teach/Supervise Independent Living Skills, Encourage proper hygiene, Supervise recreation activities, Supervise meal times, Maintain discipline following state and federal guidelines, any other job related duties assigned by Supervisor.
