Minimum Requirements

  • Over the age of 18 years old

  • Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer

  • High school Diploma or GED

  • Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license(No Permits or Probationary License)

  • Have driven, and maintained, a clean driving record for the past 5 years

    Key Responsibilities

    When Shuttling guests

  • Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility

  • Answer guests' questions regarding medical offices or department locations.

  • Follows a planned route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off patients, visitors, and guests.

  • Assists patients, visitors, and guests on and off the shuttle when help is needed.

  • Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information pertaining to the shuttle.

    When not shuttle driving for guests

  • Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility

  • Assist guests by opening doors, exiting cars, handling luggage, wheelchairs/walkers, and assisting with entering or exiting the facility

  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all patients, guests, and team members

  • Answer guests' questions regarding medical offices or department locations.

    You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations, and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

    You arewell-spoken,professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.

    You are over the age of 18, possess a valid state driver's licensewith a clean driving record,and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Our Shuttle Services Teamis the first and last impression for patients and guests during their hospital visit, which allows us to make a huge impact! This team understands thatpeople come first, as they strive to be the embodiment of customer servicewhile interacting with patients, guests, and hospital staff: Welcoming patients, guests, and hospital staff as you pick-up/ drop-off along your assigned route you will go above and beyond with your efforts to make their experience a memorable one. Answering questions regarding how to get around in the hospital, helping with unloading/loading of vehicles, and assisting individuals with mobility challenges with escort services, are just some of the ways you will elevate the patient experience!

    Shift Details

    Shuttle Team Operating Hours

  • Monday – Friday

  • 6:00am - 7:00pm

  • Morning Shift - 6:00am - 10:00am

  • Afternoon Shift - 3:00pm - 7:00pm

  • Part-Time employees will work Monday through Friday weekly.

  • Days and Shifts can vary based on business needs.

  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm friendly demeanor, showing compassion and empathy to everyone you interact with.

  • Provide exceptional Shuttle services, ensuring the safety and security of people and their belongings.

  • Will support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthens the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.

  • Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.

  • Meticulously maintain records, including photos of vehicle, condition, and other records as needed.

  • Efficiently manage shuttle logistics adhering to all site requirements and assigned routes, abiding by all traffic laws.

  • Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

  • Will work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion, supporting your team, and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility.

  • Works well independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that may have to be applied to the daily tasks for this role.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details.

  • Ability to work in a stationary position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment.

  • Ability to move with urgency and speed.

  • Safely and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team.

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English (Bi-lingual not required but a plus!)

  • This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather.

  • Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient’s vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service.

    Compensation

  • $17.00/hour plus tips!
