Summary of Duties:

• Supervise, coach and mentor a warehouse staff of 3 - 6 employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipments to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieve shipping deadlines consistently by delegation of workflow and priority.
• Maintain employee records: weekly timecards, attendance points, annual reviews, write ups, etc.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Accurately pull IT equipment, verify, and scan items to create stock transfers and BOLs utilizing the OFT dashboard.
• Store items in bins, shelves, or other specified locations; update locations, maintain stock, and notify appropriate personnel of all discrepancies.
• Work from shipping papers, bill of lading, packing slips, work orders and written and verbal instructions.
• Use hand carts, mobile pallet jacks and motorized forklifts to safely transport and load/unload parts and materials. Exercise proper care and use of equipment and materials.
• Perform warehouse duties in all areas of the warehouse as assigned or directed.

Skills and/or Education Requirements:

• 6 months+ warehouse or shipping experience
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and other shipping methods
• Basic knowledge of LTL freight and container shipping methods
• Effective and articulate verbal and written communication that is clear and concise.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

Experience/Physical Activity Required:

• Experience using basic computer software.
• Basic math skills to count IT equipment with speed and accuracy.
• Use organization tools such as internal computer software to locate and gather stock with handheld devices, and bar code scanners.

Experience and/or Education Preferred:

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Preferred IT or relevant electronic experience.
• Forklift certified or willingness to obtain certification.
• Knowledge of how to use a shrink wrap machine.

Personal Skills Preferred:

• Demonstrates outgoing and energetic personality, adept at effectively prioritizing workflow.
• Exhibits strong teamwork abilities and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
• Possesses robust problem-solving capabilities, coupled with critical thinking skills and a knack for making logical decisions.
