We are currently looking for Membership Auditors to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in customer support, medical claims, and auditing while providing growth potential and job security.

Position Overview:

• Title: Membership Auditor

• Location: Onsite with potential for hybrid/remote work after one year, based on performance

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Contract Length: Contract to Perm (up to 1 year, with potential to convert to a full-time employee based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit group accounts (small/large/complex) to ensure timely and accurate premium payments and reimbursements.

• Resolve billing/payment issues and adjudicate insufficient or incorrect payments.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for monthly reporting with clients.

• Ensure compliance with provider enrollment standards.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload efficiently.

Required Experience:

• Associate degree or 2 years of job-related work experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, auditing, or compliance.

• Experience in a call center or professional office environment is preferred.
