Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can apply your mechanical skills and make a direct impact? We're seeking a motivated Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team! This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment who is excited about working with a variety of tools and contributing to the assembly process.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and Disassemble : Use hand and power tools, fixtures, and work instructions to assemble and disassemble mechanical components with precision.

• Maintain Quality : Ensure all parts are correctly fitted, fastened, and cleaned, following detailed instructions and processes.

• Safety First : Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workspace in line with 5S standards.

• Work with Specialized Tools : Operate tools and machinery to clean, buff, and wash parts as needed.

• Stay on Schedule : Help meet production schedules by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring efficiency in the assembly process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience : 1-3 years in a light industrial or mechanical setting, working with hand, power, and pneumatic tools.

• Skills : Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, ability to read and follow instructions, and a keen eye for detail.

• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Mindset : Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
