EPC (Executive Personal Computers) is a global leader in the IT asset disposition service. We offer managed logistics, data security, responsible electronic recycling, and remarketing.We are seeking a motivated and experiencedITAD Account Managerto join our dynamic team inColumbia, SC.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Your expertise will help drive our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction in the rapidly evolving ITAD landscape.
Brief Summary of Duties:
Establish new customer contacts to sell EPC's suite of ITAD services and obtain IT assets
Renew relationships with existing underserved customer base
Price large takeout offerings using a competitive pricing structure
Work with existing customers to find new opportunities within their organizations for EPC to provide additional services
Provide regular customer account reviews to further demonstrate EPCs value to the customer
Attend industry conventions with a willingness to engage new potential customers
Work with Logistics staff to ensure customers' needs are met according to negotiated guidelines in contracts
Skills and/or Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good working knowledge of social media platforms frequently used to build a strong customer base such as LinkedIn and Facebook
Detailed oriented
Experience Required:
Microsoft Office suite w/ an emphasis on Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of market pricing, and IT terminology
Extensive experience in building long lasting customer relationships
