The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking SC First Steps 4K Lead and Assistant Teachers for our school in Columbia on Greystone Blvd. 29649 and our school on Wilson Blvd. in Blythewood 29016 No nights or weekends! We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you.
Pay rate: $16-$19 per hour, based on education, experience, and credentials.

Responsibilities:
Implement the SC state First Steps 4K curriculum to prepare children for success in kindergarten.
Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
Requirements
Assistant: ECD 101 or CDA required.
Lead: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field required.
At least 30 days of experience at a licensed childcare center required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
