Description Robert Half is hiring! We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the IT Hardware industry. Based in Columbia, South Carolina, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for troubleshooting various software and hardware issues, as well as managing and implementing IT policies, plugins, alerts, ticketing and scripting.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and management of IT policies, plugins, alerts, ticketing, and scripting. • Troubleshoot various software and hardware issues to ensure smooth operations. • Deployment and configuration of Windows OS & O365 products. • Management of Domain and Website. • Administering O365 Admin management. • Maintenance and troubleshooting of VMware systems or Windows Hyper-V. • Ensuring the smooth operation of Veeam Backup solutions. • Management and maintenance of Server 2016 or newer, including AD & GPO management. • Overseeing the operation of Unifi Network and Xerox management. • Handling VOIP management and hardware. • Management of Apple Business Manager. • Ensuring the efficient operation of AS400 and Sage X3. Requirements • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role in IT Hardware industry is required

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory is mandatory

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication

• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet or beat deadlines with no errors

• Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly

• Exceptional customer service skills and detail oriented appearance

• Must have the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
