Responsibilities:

  • Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries.

  • Maintains all departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.

  • Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries.

  • Follows through on complaints until resolved or reports to management as needed.

  • Maintains accurate records on complaints and/or other customer comments.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in professional setting performing tasks such as: customer support or insurance verification.

  • Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating software system.

  • Proof of highest level of education.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00
