Terminix Service, Inc.inColumbia SCis looking to hire apart-time Warehouse Specialistto assist our Commercial Branch with purchasing and distributing materials. If this sounds interesting to you and would like to be considered to be part of our team, please read on!

• Part-time weekdays approximately 24 hours flexible schedule.
• No benefits offered on part time position.
• Pay starts at $15 - $16 per hr. depending on relevant work experience.

JOB DUTIES

• Place orders for equipment and products needed to support our field operations
• Prepare items for shipping, including packing, labeling, and organizing for distribution
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move stock within the warehouse
• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Organize inventory for easy retrieval, tracking inventory, and documenting damages
• Communicate with employees about shipment status and delivery updates, and collaborate with logistics to support our customer service and sales teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving roleispreferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including standing for long periods of time and carrying materials.
• Applicants need have a valid driver's license, clean background check, and able to pass a drug test.
