Description We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team located in Columbia, South Carolina. In the role of an Accounting Assistant, you will be instrumental in managing customer accounts, processing applications, and addressing inquiries. This position provides a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications efficiently and accurately using Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions

• Employ CaseWare, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in daily tasks

• Execute accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Regularly perform bank reconciliations

• Utilize SAP for various accounting and financial tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Proficiency in CaseWare is highly desirable

• Ability to work with Concur is required

• Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a plus

• Must understand and be able to perform various Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial

• Must be capable of performing Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage
