EquipmentShare is Hiring a Fleet Operations Support Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a Fleet Operations Support Manager to manage the overall operations support of the used equipment and retail fleet transactions. This position will ensure complete support of the equipment sales process through timely and accurate responses to the internal sales team from quoting all the way through the completion of the sales process. This includes the quoting, invoicing and updating the system with key areas such as ownership change as well as other updates. This area will adhere to company goals, and equipment sales financial performance. They will work daily with our sales representatives to provide pricing guidance in areas such as, but not limited to, inventory availability, and accurate invoicing to maximize profits on fleet sales. This position will be an in office role in Columbia, MO.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead direct reports with ongoing process improvement and profitability guidelines

  • Align fleet operation goals with the sales strategies for retail and used equipment at EquipmentShare

  • Be aware of and understand the strategies of pricing for used equipment based on company goals and communicate those goals to the team

  • Ensure proper documentation is in place for used and fleet retail sales support processes as well as ensuring accurate invoicing and inventory management for the ES used equipment sales process.

  • Establish KPI’s for the team, goals and objectives and set a communication strategy that supports the achievement of said KPI’s and G&O.

  • Provide outstanding customer support to the entire sales organization, including internal and external customers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of management experience

  • Great attention to detail, preferably including math/financial acumen

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral

  • A firm grasp of macroeconomics: Demand, Supply and Profitability

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at once

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to lead direct reports and drive bottom line profitability for the enterprise

  • Knowledge of Google Suite and intermediate computer processing skills

Education & Experience

● A college degree preferred in Economics, Math, Finance, Business, or a related field is required
