CITY OF COLUMBIA Engineering Technician I in Columbia, Missouri
Hours:
Monday through Friday; 8 hours per day; either 7am to 3:30 pm or 8 am to 4:30 pm
This position will work with the Sewer and Storm Water Utilities and be located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The purpose of this job is to provide engineering services and support. Surveys and researches site conditions for infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, transportation, and other related city construction projects. Performs drafting work in AutoCAD, conducts fieldwork, and reviews plats and easements to ensure compliance with city regulations. Maintains spatial data in GIS.
