Do you have experience analyzing financial statements and reconciling data in Microsoft Excel? A growing financial services firm is currently seeking to bring on a finance associate at their Columbia, Maryland office. In the portfolios, you will be working with products including collateral, securities, and bond payments. This team uses a hybrid schedule with 3 days each week in office, and 2 days work from home. work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

-Perform credit risk management duties for portfolios

-Partner with operational associates throughout the firm to maintain client reference data for collateral, securities, and bond payments for pooled loans

-Process routine and complex transaction or reconcilements

-Research and resolve client queries, issues, and requests made regarding their portfolio by phone or email

-Processing fundings and verifications

-Provide detailed financial review of new advance balances, receivables balances, number of fundings, and more

-Execute account services including financial transactions and account maintenance to both investors and servicers

-Maintain integrity to client data while working in databases, Microsoft Excel, and Access, with large data sets
