TEKsystems Change Management Lead- FULLY REMOTE! in Columbia, Maryland

TekSystems is hiring for a Remote/Hybrid Change Management Consultant! This position would have to be working in EST time zone.

MUST HAVE:

•Experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation projects.

•Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).

•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

•Ability to manage resistance and foster a positive attitude toward change.

They must fully understand and be able to use All Microsoft Suite such as creating powerpoint, word, excel, various other programs. They must be used to working with technology.

They would prefer a bachelor's degree or associate's degree for this role.

They must have experience handling change management for a large organization, consultants with this background would be great for this role that have helped other organizations with change management changes.

Experience with business transformation projects.

Description

Role Overview The Change Management Lead is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that ensure a smooth transition during the transformation project. This role works closely with stakeholders to address concerns, manage resistance, and foster engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate Change Management Strategy: Translate the comprehensive strategy from Deloitte that includes stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and risk mitigation plans.

•Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders, assess their readiness for change, and develop communication and training plans to engage them.

•Change Impact Assessment: Conduct assessments to understand how the transformation will affect various teams and individuals and create targeted interventions.

•Leadership Alignment: Partner with functional leaders to assess leadership readiness and implement solutions to drive alignment

•Resistance Management: Identify areas of resistance and develop strategies to mitigate them through training, support, and effective communication.

Training and Support: Collaborate with training teams to ensure employees are adequately trained on new tools, processes, or structures introduced by the transformation.

•Monitor Change Adoption: Track the adoption of changes through metrics, surveys, and stakeholder feedback, adjusting strategies as necessary.

•Change Agent Network: Build and lead a network of change agents who can champion the transformation at different levels of the organization.
