JOB SUMMARY: The Retail/Operations Recruiting Specialist provides recruiting expertise for the hiring needs of the Retail Sales and Operations Divisions. This is a high volume, full cycle recruiting position that will be responsible for an assigned region within Goodwill of Colorado. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Work directly with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Receive job requisition forms from hiring managers and post on Goodwill of Colorado's ATS system and any other job boards requested. Identify potential candidates and forward to hiring managers. Build relationships with referral sources (workforce centers, community partners, schools, churches, etc.), to include attending events and networking. Adopt an "on the go" attitude to best serve the Sales and Operations Divisional needs, to include attending and working hiring events and store visi Support the greater HR needs of the organization, to include manning satellite locations. Assist candidates through the recruitment process, application to background screening. When requested, responsible for scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers and assisting with on-site interviews as needed. Execute creative and innovative recruiting strategies. Support workforce diversity goals by engaging in recruitment strategies to attract qualified women, minorities, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Understand shifting business needs and develop the ability to change priorities with ease. Understand and comply with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) measures and guidelines and stay up to date on legal requirements. Understand Affirmative Action and State of Colorado posting compliance and maintain accurate documentation with job descriptions, job postings, applications, interview notes, and job offers through the applicant tracking system (ATS). QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Certifications: Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) preferred. Experience: At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment. At least 1 year of recruiting or Human Resources experience working with Affirmative Action Plans, OFCCP, EEOC, ADA. At least 1 year utilizing an on-line HRIS/Applicant Tracking System (ATS); UKG HRIS/Recruiting software is a plus. Other: Strong computer skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with UKG ATS is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with various types of internal and external customers and relate effectively to those with disabilities. Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to follow through with full cycle recruiting and building talent pipelines. Work effectively with diverse people including persons with d sabilities and disadvantages, people at all levels of the company, outside community partners, vendors, job applicants and candidates. Professional, neat, and personable at all times. Accuracy with data entry, processes, and reports. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. The incumbent will be required and must have the ability to drive for company business*. *Per auto vehicle insurance carrier requirements: For applicants/employees to qualify for inclusion on the Goodwill driver insurance schedule, for purpose of driving Goodwill fleet vehicles, they must be at least: 19 years of age (not engaged in passenger transportation), 25 - 70 years of age for all passenger transportation services, 21 years of age for CDL.
