Linquest Corporation Space Intelligence Analyst in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Description

LinQuest is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support Space Operations Command (SpOC) with cradle-to-grave intelligence policy guidance, resource management, integration, acquisition, and operational planning for GSSAP and other space superiority systems. An active TS/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility is mandatory.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide adversary threat analysis to inform long range planning/concepts development/requirements generation/operational mission planning.

  • Provide SAP/SAR intelligence support for SpOC SPRG PPBE and (white) space superiority intelligence funding line.

  • Develop intelligence input for JCIDS/acquisition/program planning products/processes (i.e., ICD, CDD, CPD, architecture development, ISDs/ISAs/IHAs/ISP intel annexes, concepts).

  • Develop intelligence requirements for current/future space superiority systems to EEI/CIP level; identify need for parallel acquisition of intelligence enabling infrastructure.

  • Review/Draft intelligence input for DT/OT, mission rehearsals, RSP training, etc.

  • Interface with IC/USSPACECOM J2/C/JFSCC/NSDC/SSC/mission partners for systems acquisition planning/real world operations; coordinate VOLT production for space superiority systems.

  • Create data dissemination plans to quickly get data to/from producers/users.

  • Request/Staff Service Cryptologic Component (SCC) assessments.

  • Plan/Manage intelligence forums (i.e., TEMS/ISWGs/DATEG/WTMAD/IRSGs).

  • Contribute to applicable General Program Requirements, Overarching Requirements, Portfolio Management Program Protection Planning, and Program Office Support.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 10+ years intelligence experience, including 3 years with SpOC space superiority SAP/SAR programs

  • Proficiency with SpOC acquisition/requirements/PPBE organizations/processes

  • Proficiency writing intelligence sections of acquisition/requirements/PPBE documents

  • Proficiency determining intelligence enabling infrastructure requirements

  • Proficiency drafting intelligence support requirements via SMART COLISEUM/GIMS/ CSRP

  • Knowledge of SpOC space superiority units/missions/weapon systems

  • Knowledge of IC stakeholders responsibilities/missions

  • Knowledge of SCG and Mission Protection requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with SAP/SAR eligibility is mandatory

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Master’s Degree, preferably technical

Compensation:

  • The salary for this position ranges from approximately $100,000 to $120,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
