JOB SUMMARY: Oversee program management for all Innovation, Integration, and Information Support contract activities. Directs and implements programs and policies to ensure all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements are met. Responsible for providing resources, financial management, administering contract actions, monitoring performance, making recommendations for improvement, supporting meetings, and preparing deliverables. Manages hiring and retaining highly qualified personnel. Oversees 3IS system analyses, operational performance, training, safety, and quality control programs. Provides overall program direction, financial management, and control. Responsible for all program aspects as the single point-of-contact for all contractual matters. Location: Schriever SF PRIMARY DUTIES: Ensure all PWS program requirements are met Ensure USAFWC mission requirements, operational availability, and cost control standard compliance Perform program management by providing necessary resources, financial management, administer contract actions, monitor performance, making recommendations for improvement, and supporting meetings and preparing delivera Interface with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure quality standards are met Coordinates activities with the Contracting Officer including identifying in writing the Deputy Contract PM Oversee all contract/contractor activities, to include Performance Work Statement (PWS) development and review, monitor deliverable status per PWS/contract, track cost/funding documents, and manage both personnel and facility security requirements Integrate quality program encompassing all aspects of the contract that is based on employee involvement and the injection of quality and efficiency at all levels within the organization Comply with USAFWC safety program directives and standards Report all mishaps involving personal injury or illness and damage to Government property resulting from contractor operations Has full authority to act on behalf of the company in all matters relating to contract performance and is available to the 3IS PM or CO within two (2) hours of notification during normal duty hours RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 15 years of relevant program management or management experience. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Master's degree in Engineer, Business, Program Management, or relevant field. Experience in lieu of education is acceptable. PMP certification preferred. SECURITY CLEARANCE: TOP SECRET/SCI
