Description
Portfolio includes leadership and performance oversight of the Podiatry, Orthopedic Spine, Orthopedic - Elective, Orthopedic - Trauma and Plastic Surgery service lines enterprise wide within UCHealth Medical Group across the Colorado front range. Locations span from Woodland Park, throughout the Metro Denver Region and up to Fort Collins. This position would support direct personnel management of 5 Managers and collaborate with physician leadership to support approximately 70 providers within the 15 outpatient locations.

Pay: $39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
Administrates and executes clinic operational objectives for service line(s) in community practices by region and/or specialty. Oversees all activities related to multiple specialties or clinic management including general operations, fiscal management, program development, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
In conjunction with Director and Medical leader, develops and executes specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which drive the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
In collaboration with the managers of clinic operations, optimizes the management of staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Mentors and develops front line supervisors. Oversees staff and provider scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
Develops departmental budgets, ensures processes developed adhere to regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems. equipment. and supply purchases; monitors usage and oversees proper working order and stock supplies.
Develops justification for capital equipment and new programs in conjunction with Director and Medical leader. Drives and is accountable for adherence and improvement to quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physician leadership, and other departments.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Minimum Required Education: High school diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
Required Licensure/Certification: Relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinic management experience. Preferred: CMPE, FACMPE, FACHE.
