Insight Global Planner in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Planner in Colorado Springs, CO to join one of the fastest growing aerospace companies in the US. You will learn and assist with planning, and scheduling the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, parts, components, services, supplies, finished goods, and related material through our production and inventory process to ensure a smooth and controlled flow of materials. You'll assist with troubleshooting potential scheduling problems and tracking production and material deficiencies and implementing the master production plan through the material management system to execute the program and product life cycle.

Pay Rate is $26 /hr

Insight Global provides full benefits while employed with us, including dental, health, vision, 401k, and free mental health counseling. Candidates are required to work in office 2 days per week.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of study

1+ year of experience in logistics, planning, supply chain etc.

Basic understanding of master production planning

Familiarity with applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications

The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance Exposure to the engineering change process

Experience in Supply Chain Management and /or Operations Management

Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR)

Understanding of Unified Commercial Code (UCC)

Prior experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and /or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military null
