Description

We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members, providing high-quality customer service and support in addressing their various needs and inquiries. You will play a critical role in elevating our members’ satisfaction and experiences while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and swift resolution of any issues. This is a hybrid position, two days in office and three days remote.

Responsibilities:

Respond to member inquiries in a professional and timely manner, through various channels like phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Provide accurate information on services, policies, and procedures to members.

Resolve member service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the situation, and following up to ensure resolution.

Maintain and update member accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and current.

Understand member needs and recommend suitable company products or services.

Work closely with the team and other departments to streamline operations and improve member service delivery.

Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products and services.

Maintain member records by updating account information regularly.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a client service representative or a similar role.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using computers, particularly CRM software and MS Office suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to understand and work within established procedures and guidelines.

Excellent customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
