As a Logistics Specialiston our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues and your client to develop and rapidly implement solutions to sustain the one of the world's most impactful operational systems, GPS. You'll work with our clients to evaluate, redesign, and assist with authoring their system lifecycle and sustainment policies, processes, and documents. Using your understanding of Integrated Product Support elements and the DoDI 5000.2, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of systems engineers, data analysts, financial managers, and other logisticians to ensure lifecycle sustainment policy and documentation reflects DoD guidance and directives.You thrive on autonomy and are eager to analyze innovative policy and process documents in support of defense acquisition and sustainment programs. You Have: 8+ years of experience with logistics planning and program integration of PNT Sustainment Programs, including space, ground, software, or hardware system 8+years of experience in DoD lifecycle logistics, operations and sustainment planning, and sustainment infrastructure Experience with logistics management support, including developing and coordinating briefings Experience interpreting and leveraging contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes, and data required to plan and develop logistics program activities from conceptual stage through lifecycle of a product, including RAD, LCSP, BCA, DSOR, Tech Data, Logistic Health, and DFX analyses Knowledge of the execution processes unique to the sustainment and logistics organization Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals Ability to be initiative-taking with a dynamic work ethic and strong desire to contribute to the DoD mission Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time Secret clearance Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have: Experience assessing program documents and risks to determine the impact to acquisition strategy and overall program schedule Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2 Knowledge of Agile methodologies TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS field preferred; Master's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
