Peraton seeks a Knowledge Manager to support the USSPACECOM J32 with administrative assistance in support of mission production. Location: Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, support in the coordination and execution of cyber-relevant working groups (WGs) and meetings, both internal and external to the division, to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making. Tasks include: Assist all division personnel with effective knowledge management with currently available tools to ensure that all working and final documents are stored for later reference Manage all external and internal tasks leveraging the current method of tracking tasks ensuring that all tasks are completed on time Ensure internal and external WGs are well organized, disseminated, and documented to ensure accurate awareness of senior-leader decisions
Qualifications
Required: Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; minimum of 3 years with PhD Effective communication both written and verbal to staff and coordinate meetings and working groups Must be highly organized and able to do executive planning Ability to promote knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes Must be able to promote collaborative tools such as activity rooms to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners U.S Citizenship required Active DoD TS Clearance with ability to obtain SCI Preferred Active DoD TS SCI Clearance Benefits: At Peraton, our benefits are designed to help keep you at your best, beyond the work you do with us daily. Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
