Hiring Industrial Painters in Colorado Springs, CO

We are seeking detail-oriented Industrial Painters who will be responsible for reading blueprints and work instructions, examining surfaces to determine proper processing, and producing quality products effectively.

Pay: $18.00hr - $27.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)

Shift: 1st shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Qualifications:

• Must have industrial painting experience.

• Ability to consistently handle and follow through with multiple projects and assignments and meet deadlines

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

• Ability to function effectively and safely in a busy work environment

Job Description:

• You will read blueprints and work instructions, examining surfaces to determine proper processing to produce a quality product effectively.

• Mix epoxy and other paint materials to define measurements and color requirements, load mixed paint into spray-painting equipment, and may also perform additional paint prep such as sanding.

• Apply paint material appropriately and evenly on a variety of surfaces, including round or oddly shaped objects.

• Responsible for all quality standards and inspection of products, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per established standards, perform 5S and cleaning duties per department requirements, and complete job travelers.

• You will be working in a temperature controlled manufacturing facility.
