The Talent Success Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping & executing HR strategies to foster a productive, compliant and engaging work environment. This role involves overseeing risk management, compliance, talent sourcing, hiring practices, developing HR policies, implementing HR programs, facilitating training programs and managing people data systems. We are a growing company with currently 130 employees.

Salary Range: $90,000 $115,000 annual, Full Time, Exempt

Primary Duties * Employee Relationships: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a culture of open communication. * Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. * Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all HR activities comply with legal standards and internal policies. Identify and mitigate risks related to employee management. * Training & Development: Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. * HR Policies & Programs: Design, implement, and update HR policies and programs to support organizational goals and employee needs. * Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and utilize data analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions. Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in a human resource, business administration or a related field * 4 or more years of job-related human resources experience, and an advanced working knowledge in HR Compliance, HR best practices, Labor Laws & Risk Management * 2 or more years of organizational leadership experience that includes managing and supervising people * Ability to obtain & maintain a Dept. of Defense Secret security clearance * Familiarity with employee benefit programs, standard HRIS systems and normal hiring practices. * Strong at being a hands-on doer, as well as a tactical and strategic leader * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent ability to build and maintain trust relationships with management and employees * Highest integrity in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience managing employee benefit programs * Previous experience with Paylocity or NetSuite software * Previous experience with Colorado required hiring practices, staffing development and facilitating training sessions * Strong knowledge of conflict manageme t, relationship building and team building * PHR, SHPR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or a similar human resource certification.
