The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a fast-paced Network Security Administrator, responsible for supporting the Satellite Control Network Tracking Station Operations, Remote Site and Mission Partner Support (STORMS) Contract. You will bring your advanced knowledge, experience, and professionalism to bear on the complex challenges supporting the daily monitoring and configuration activities involving Palo Alto Firewalls and McAfee’s HBSS Security Solutions (HBSS).
What You’ll Get to Do:
Build, configure, administer, and maintain HBSS and Palo Alto Firewalls in accordance with STIG/SRG guidance, applicable Task orders, and best security practices.
Perform system administration of HBSS servers, including ePolicy Orchestrator upgrades and client product patches.
Review policies and exceptions for the various HBSS modules and provide best practice recommendations.
Deploy and sustain the full capabilities of HBSS to all enterprise-wide managed systems including, but not limited to, agent deployments, policy enforcement, reporting and compliance.
Maintain HBSS compliance with DISA, US Cyber Command, and Combatant Command operations orders (OPORDs), Fragmentary orders (FRAGOs), Change Tasking Orders (CTOs), and other DoD configuration compliance requirements.
Provide guidance in all aspects of network security support to include account setups, port enabling, deploying, and loading agents, policies, and modules.
Review scan results and provide recommendations to systems administrators and the Cyber Security team.
Support the Cyber Security Team to ensure security architecture, design, and implementation is in accordance with DoD Regulations and other governing documents.
Engage in hands-on lab testing and development for problem resolution, new product reporting, or technical functionality.
Review application of STIGs and DOD configuration guidance in images for completeness and correctness.
Perform other duties as required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Education: BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent field. Experience can be substituted for degree requirements.
Experience: Minimum 3 years IT experience
Current DoD 8570.01 Certifications (Security + or higher equivalent)
2 Years of experience managing HBSS
Have excellent customer relationship skills
Have excellent communication skills
Be a self-starter willing to seek knowledge and broaden their understanding of their areas of responsibility
Have exceptional time management skills and ability to switch between project tasks effectively
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Palo Alto Certifications PCNSA or PCNSE

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
