How do Crew Members play a key role in the restaurant?

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask

  • Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience

  • Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals (Take orders and handle payments)

  • Prepare all of McDonald’s World-Famous food (cook food and assemble orders)
