Primary Job Duties

• Monitor all air-conditioning and heating systems at hangar location

• Monitor fire control and alarm systems

• Supervise custodial personnel

• Supervise landscaping, sprinkler repair and mowing

• Respirator fit tester

• Coordinate special work performed by contractors

• Work with vendors for special parts

• Monitor hazard waste disposal

• Order supplies and special services for hangar

• Repair small electrical, plumbing and air problems

• Monitor and ensure equipment such as lifts, ladders, work stands, etc. are safe operative condition

• General repairs and maintenance of the facility

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 year of age

• Good communication skills

• Possess a valid unrestricted driver's license

• Able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English

• Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constraints

• Self-motivated

• Team Player

• Required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules

Physical and Other Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably
