POSITION OVERVIEW

DEFTEC Corporation seeks a Data Analyst to support the Space Training and Readiness Command Human Capital Directorate (S1). The S1 reaches across the STARCOM Enterprise to provide Personnel support (Military and Civilian), manpower support, systems and program integration, and civilian pay oversight. STARCOM/S1 develops United States Space Force (USSF) and United States Air Force human capital policies to prepare STARCOM forces to prevail in a Contested, Degraded, and Operationally Limited (CDO) environment . This position will support the S1 in providing analysis of business processes, pilot activities, and outcomes (e.g., assignments, interservice transfers, accessions, separations and retirements, promotions, and performance appraisals) to support leadership decisions and enterprise policy creation and reporting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively participate and represent the S1 Directorate to facilitate and participate in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) management process.

  • Actively engages within STARCOM, the Enterprise Talent Management Office (ETMO), HQ USAF, and HQ USSF to fulfill all actions necessary to ensure STARCOM has the appropriate manpower resources programmed and received.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of experience with Data Management supporting the POM Process

  • 5+ Years of experience supporting the USSF or USAF in Manpower support

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Active Top Secret Clearance
